We love our new front door! Dealing with Rick Dorwart was quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable. Luckily, I asked about making the side light operational and he stated no problem, it's just considered a double door! The carpenters contracted by First Impression were very thorough, clean, professional, very well-mannered and they spoke English. They removed and re-installed our trim around the door without any damage whatsoever. We like having the door open as much as possible, but it was difficult at first to find a custom screen door to use that wouldn't block the larger opening, then we found Phantom Screens. It's a retractable screen that covers the entire area with both doors open and you can't tell there's a screen there, no screen frame in the way. There's a great breeze and the dogs love watching everyone walking by. We even bought our new baseboard from First Impression when we replaced the tile. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and nice.

FYI, we recently had the doors that we purchased from First Impression installed by Kirk and we were pleased with the entire process! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. Kirk was professional, communicated well and was punctual and provided great suggestions for the finishing touches.
The new doors look amazing and fit perfectly, transforming our closet into a more organized and stylish area. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend his service to anyone looking to upgrade their closet doors.

I didn't believe businesses like this existed anymore. Friendly, helpful and kind. Just doesn't happen much these days. Shawn is a treasure and we are lucky to have been helped by him. We bought our door about 4 years ago and just painted it a darker color which made the white weather stripping stand out. We got something closer in color and Shawn even told us how to do it ourselves because the husband is handy. Next door we get will be from here. Thanks again.

I am impressed with this Company's attention to detail with every step of the process. The showroom was well stocked with all the different options for consideration. The sales team was very helpful with narrowing down our selection based on many factors. Their permitting process, measurement process, installation and final inspection all went exactly as planned. The inspector mentioned all their installs are perfect. They kept me informed all along the way. I am very pleased with the final outcome. Great teamwork, great product!

We went to First Impression Doors after glass insert on my front door shattered leaving us without a functional front door. To add insult to injury, our original front door was a custom size which would normally take a few days to complete. I have to admit, I was panicked, but thank God for built in shutters, duct tape, tarp, and First Impression Doors. Javier and the team were so helpful. They providing us with so many potential options from new insert replacement to new door options. Long story short we chose to get a new door and in LESS THAN 24 hours we received a call early this morning letting us know we have a brand new CUSTOM SIZED front door ready for pick up. I really thought that service like this was a thing of the past. These gentlemen were so professional, kind, knowledgeable and polite. I am thoroughly impressed, and I haven't even picked up the door yet! Thanks Javier, and the First Impression Doors team.
