Our 32-year-old, fully wired residential house alarm system stopped working. I left a message at First Alarm asking them if they could help us. A First Alarm Sales Consultant in Rohnert Park, Maddie, returned my call within 30 minutes. Maddie came to our house within an hour to assess our situation. Within just a few-day process of Maddie quickly responding to all our questions throughout the various proposals she presented, we ended up deciding on the simple solution to just replace the two old control panels with awesome new ones...and use the existing hard wiring to each door and window! Roger, the technical installer, did an excellent job installing all the wiring to the new control panels. Both Maddie and Roger were exceptional workers: they were polite, have excellent communication skills and personalities, accepted our input willingly and started and completed each task on time and on budget! Maddie is an exceptional Project Manager, getting all the resources lined up to make the installation such an exceptional experience. She said we could call her directly if we had any problems in the future and she will take care of us. No long hold or wait times or cookie cutter solutions, like the big security companies I tried before reaching out to First Alarm. We would highly recommend First Alarm!!

First Alarm Van, License plate 65879P3, decided to weave in & out and cuts off on hwy101 going south at ~ 4pm, Monday, 8.19.2024, 60 -65 mph is the limit btw, he cuts in casually, a couple of feet away, dangerously close, I have to break, weaves in & out, and does it again - it's lack of rational thinking to pull maneuvers like that but, to top it off, on a company van...?!

Our system was failing. First alarm sent Koby Schlau, their best employee! Not only does he have great bed side manners, he is very pleasant and extremely competent at what he does. Excellent employee and he is a great asset for the company he works for.
