They scratched my rims completely on every single wheel. I would say how do you not take your time with 2k rims, but they took over 6 hours to replace them. This was after the guy I booked an appointment with told me itd take 1.5-2 hrs(to be fair I did get to my appointment late but I told the guy the day before I would likely be late). I honestly wouldn’t care about my time if they didn’t completely botch a tire replacement.

I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment and replace three TPMS. The gentleman I spoke with he could get me in as soon as I could get there. He was very professional and kept me updated at all times. The service was fast and exceeded my expectations.

The team clearly had interest in getting my vehicle done as soon as possible. They called me and kept me informed every step of the way. They didn’t force me to do more work than necessary. And the manager went out of his way to drive all the way to Dothan to match a bolt just for me car so that it could be done the same day.

Love this place is like my second family. Every time I go, they always take care of me. The only thing I don't like is how the customers treat them. People need to understand that when you have an appointment, it is to reserve your spot not to cut your time and be out fast. Also, the hours are different from Monday to Friday, 7 to 7 Saturday, 7 to 5, and Sunday from 9 to 4. Let's be patient with this hard working workers. Being nice and patient is the key! Thank you!!
