Complete garbage! Quality has gone down hill. I ordered two lamps and one was as expected while the other was in pieces. When I complained, they blamed me and told me I had to figure out how to put it back together. NOT MY JOB! Just admit your mistake and send me a replacement!!!. Pretty sure only people with money and taste can afford your products so you might want to figure out your attitude when you mail out trash.
In the past, I have purchased several other lights with no problems until now. You have lost a loyal client for good.

Exquisite hand made lighting right here in our back yard! I had the opportunity to tour the new manufacturing facility and it is beautiful. It is amazing to see individual artisans working tirelessly on each item, a reminder that something special goes into each piece every time you turn it on. Equally interesting is the fusion of old world artisan techniques and modern technology that allows for unique new interpretations of classical designs. The use of hand blown studio glass in many fixtures is complemented by the new lighting technology allowing for unconventional illumination that stands out in my opinion. If you are looking for something special, something spectacular or something refined for your space, I would always recommend our friends at FHL!
