We have used many processors over the last 25 years and none have done a better job nor as consistent each and every time. Teddy and his gang are top notch. I just wish he could do more calves a day.

We have used 5th Ave for meat processing since they got into business. Always friendly, courteous, and timely with service. Recently, we bought into a quarter of beef. The cost of the beef and processing was reasonable and the chooce cuts offered was great. The beef has to be the best flavor and just amazing. we will definitely be looking forward to the next time it is offered to buy into.
