I purchased a new home last year, the only tub options given were the Fiber Care tubs. Both of the tubs installed in my house had problems. One tub was smashed and cracked in multiple places with damage trying to be hidden with some clay. The other was was a deformed tub that doesn't drain.

Tri-Point use this company and I certainly would not recommend. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. We moved in in December 2023 and we are still waiting (it's now Sept 24) for repairs to the baths and showers. Chips and rough blemishes all over the place. Scratches all over the baths. They came out last week to do a job and the info on their job sheet as nothing to do with any of the problems we were having and they wouldn't even deter from the job sheet. Rediculous. 9 months so sort a few simple problems out is a joke. I wouldn't trust this company to open a door. More teeth than brain cells

This is the worst company ! Their product is cheap and not well made. I had a bathtub installed in my new house and it came with cracks that the builder spot fixed , it then really cracked badly and they told me it would be 2 months before they could get out to repair it ! Awful customer service !

Moises came today to repair a crack in our shower from our new build. I truly cannot express how great Moises was. He explained the process in great detail which made me feel very confident in his ability. He spent several hours getting the job done right! It is literally perfect! After it was done, he explained what he did, how long to wait to shower, and let me know if anything goes wrong to let him know.

His service is truly outstanding. He was extremely professional, courteous, and talented in his craft! If you need to use this company, ask for Moises!

Fiber Care Baths was used for a tub at a property I manage. The owner as well as myself have called them out to do a repair on their tub that has had a on and off leak for over 8 months now. The main manager Danny, does not respond back to you nor do they try to make it right. I will find someone else to do the repair at this point. I would find another company. Save your money. I hope they reach out now. I will remove this post if they do within the next week.

So far my experience has been absolutely awful. My home builder used them for the bathrooms. My master bathroom shower is cracked all over and extremely squeaky with any weight in the shower. They have been over twice now, and haven’t even attempted a fix. Now we are trying to set a third appointment to actually fix it, the scheduler Georgina has stopped replying.

By far the most unreliable Subcontractor in the industry. Never meets delivery dates, deliveries incomplete and total lack of communication with their delivery and scheduling department. The owners just don't care anymore. Used to be a great company but I guess times have changed.

I'm a bathroom contractor and I do bathroom every day I just buy a tub from this company and have a big defects the level on the arm rest its running down to the left and the right hand of the drain its running down to the right because the drain its high so I contact Alexandra Galindo and she was helping me and the help was good but someone else call me and she told me than my crew install the tub out of level but I don't see how we can level this tub if this company dot want to take responsibility on there product its ok....
