What a sham. Do not do business with this sad excuse of a company.

We ordered some raw powder supplies from this company. They required us to use our own carrier, we provided them with our FedEx account to ship it, fine. One of the packages arrived damaged, they were poorly packaged in the first place. The broken one is useless to us as it now fails quality control, so we refused the package to have it returned. Florida Food Products tells us it's "our problem", and that we have to purchase a NEW one. Apparently it's in their policies that they take ZERO responsibility for their own packaging. They can package it up as poorly as they want, and YOU are responsible for it.

And to top it all off, they ONLY accept checks. Meaning that once you've been baited and already placed your order, tough luck, you can't even fight it. You're out the money you put in, because you can't fight the bank for a check that's already been deposited. We'll be reporting this company to the BBB and FTC.

For those reading this, you've been warned.

Delivering onions today in a downpour. Dock facing the gate is where they unload them. It's tight but I got the International/53' trailer turned around inside the gate between the buildings beside the dock. They pretty much start at 7AM, though people arrive for work earlier (you won't go thru the gate till after 7AM is my experience). Hopefully you will be here on a clear skies sort of day. Coming from the west, on HWY 44 turn left into the first driveway for FFP and be ready to either back thru the gate or else do a tight U-turn inside the gate to get turned around so you can line up to the dock. As you sit at the gate, onions unload at the dock facing the gate- they used the one farthest to the east/northeast because the ramp runs down the side of the building under an outdoor roof.
