Good experience, could of used a little more help and experience working with our own bank. To many ladies of people to get correct info, which we finally had to ask them deal directly. Please be prepared if you plan to use your own bank for best interest rate.

Just had my first experience at Ferman GMC. Alec was my representative, and he was excellent. None of the heavy pressure salesmanship I've experienced from other places... Jovon has sold us both of our vehicles and we could not be happier with our buying experience on both! He’s so respectful, not pushy and actually makes the car buying experience nice unlike most other dealerships. I highly encourage everyone to ask for Jovon when you visit! Igor the car sales was amazing.
He had helped schedule the test drive. The finance manager Jay was quick to response to my initial questions. The dealership is nice and clean and staff is friendly. Igor was following up and responding to text messages.
