Monark was great to work with. Jennifer Avila gave us a lot of good information via text before we met. She always got back to us quickly and professionally. At the showroom Jennifer showed us all the choices and was very easy to work with. Their showroom was very nicely done and provided a pleasant environment to shop. Stay as far away from this place as you can. My experience was so bad I'm still processing it. They sold me a dishwasher and after the sale their team made so many mistakes over and over again. Their scheduling required me calling upwards of 15 times to correct their mistakes. Each time they were shocked and confused and promised fixes that never occured. They missed their pre-install note and instead dropped a dishwasher to just sit in the middle of my floor for two weeks. Then they missed their appointment time for install. Then after many attempts at rescheduling they took a significant amount of time to install the machine (including a trip to the store for supplies). There was lots of drilling, cutting, using tape, and discussing about how they planned on quitting the following day. The machine is in, but it is slanted, there are uneven gaps, it is installed completely differently than how the salesperson explained and recommended, plastics siding pieces were cut off the machine, and splintered wood was left all over the floor. I requested a refund of the install fee so I can pay for repairs. I am waiting on a response. I wish I just never bought the machine in the first place.

Made two visits to Monark for a full kitchen remodel. Alfonso and Felicia patiently answered all my questions, gladly demonstrated product features, highlighted differences between model lines, etc. Even if you walk out without purchasing, the time you spend educating yourself is well worth it. I didn't walk away disappointed!

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

DON'T TAKE MY WORDS FOR IT. THEY MAY HAVE 2.8 STAIRS, BUT LOOK AT THE LATEST REVIEWS FROM OTHERS...MANY 1/5 STARS. NOT GOOD.

I ordered nearly all of my appliances for my remodeling project (nearly $100k) from this place. At the beginning, the service was great until I have paid for everything.

No one was able give us the specification on the dimension for the cabinetry. We had pre-installation visit and everything was approved. When the appliances came, the new installers was not satisfied with the pre-installer's approval. Therefore, they left without the installation, but gave us a different instruction and then they will come back to install.

I have tried to call the Manager of this store, but got no return phone calls.

I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Monark personnel don't take on the responsibilities when a problem occur. Their coordinating office is at a different place vs the selling office.

JUST GO WITH LOCAL DEALERS WHO OWN THEIR BUSINESSES INSTEAD OF MONARK. This way, at least you can talk to a decision maker.

Our salesperson Matt was knowledgeable and listened to our needs and concerns. I wished there was a more complete array of available appliances in the store to look at and compare. The unit we ultimately ordered was not present, but on the basis of similar products on site from the same manufacturer I am confident I know what I will receive. However, at least one of the manufacturers we were considering was not at all represented in the store. We ultimately placed a order for a 36” Dual Fuel range. Matt gave us a tentative delivery date, which is out of his control. We will see how close they come to the date they offered. At this point there isn’t anything more I can say. We will see how delivery and installation goes...

Service was ok during ordering process for all my appliances. But very slow when trying to order smaller accessories for installation after delivery. I feel like they don’t want to deal with me because of the small order. Some items I have to reach out to the manufacturer directly for referrals. Sales rep. Indicate some items can’t be order but I was able to do so with another appliances store with no issues.
