I've shipped here multiple times and each time the requirements change for what the same two people "need" to purchase a label. Sometimes they want only a physical ID, sometimes a photo of my ID works, one time my passport wasn't good enough so i had to come back with my Drivers License. USPS shockingly has better service than this FedEx location.

FEDEX OFFICE SHIP CENTER: USA4431. Convenient, yet inconvenient at the same time. This FedEx Ship Center is perfect for the corporate and finance associates in Downtown Miami. Best shipping options if you're on foot. However, if you're driving, be prepared for moderate to heavy traffic and expensive paid parking (I'm not sure if they validate parking here, but I'll ask and update later). Managers/AP Agents, Please Note: One of your associates (black male with braids wearing shorts and a black mask) was kicking boxes/packages which were being prepped to ship, like if they were soccer balls or something. Hiwever, the woman who helped me was very nice retrieving and printing the ship label from my Gmail. Hiwever was definitely friendly and provided great conversation, but she did seem very tired from working her shift alone all day. Hiwever is one of those associates you all should be very thankful to have working for you. I've attached my receipt for you all to check the date and time stamp to see the video footage of him kicking those packages at your site. This ship center is very clean, organized, and pretty easy to locate. Please note: I'm on the Outside, I'm looking in, I can see through you, see through the real you.

Very disappointed. This is the second time this happens with this product, which is a very expensive and popular weight loss medication costing $542 each vial. First incident was on 4/11 package with tracking 396754946228 delivered by FedEx driver GMeriel. Second incident on 6/6 package with tracking 399193660392 delivered by FedEx driver GJean. A claim has been opened by Brooksville, whom is the pharmacy that we order from and ships our orders to us. There is a claim with FedEx case # 68216317 opened regarding these 2 incidents. This is very disappointing to see happening. I hope that it can get resolved quickly and we get compensated for this loss so that we can continue to have a good relationship with your company with all of our deliveries. If there is no resolution, we will have no choice but to be forced to discontinue using your delivery services at all cost.

The clerk sent me to a different branch to ship an electric scooter, without bother to mention they can’t print a shipping label. Means - I had to go back and forth 4 times. Just not a good service!

Horrible experience do not go here. Had the worst experience with the assistant manager Mark. Prices here are not labeled accurately they were trying to get me to pay for express when all I needed was ground. They made it difficult when trying to use my own packaging wanting me to purchase there. Horrible!!!!
