I contacted Wes about a quick turn around on a project we had. Wes completed the project on time, and we were able to continue on our business schedule because of it. He did a fantastic job on the steel and Titanium cuts that we needed!

FEA really helped us out using up some of our existing foam sheets for our product.

Our first time using Waterjet on foam.

It eliminates the hot wire cutting trail that CNC foam cutters leave and Waterjet leaves a nice finish cut.

We will be using them again on future products.

Contacted Wesley back at the beginning of December to have a custom part rapid prototyped (simple part to be cut on the water jet). I agreed to pay the minimum price of $150.00 for the part because we said he could have done in the time frame I needed. I went ahead and paid for the services to ensure that I would receive that part on time.

I waited a few day after the part was do to be delivered to fallow up on the status. After several attempts, I finally got in touch with Wesley and he said the part was left on his desk and he would ship it the next day.

Now I still don’t have the part and had to get another machine shop to cut it for me.

Wesley will not respond to emails or phone calls. And refuses to refund.

I searched for a company that could cut out aluminum pieces for me and came across FEA. I called and spoke with Wes and then met with him to discuss my project. He completed a test on a sample piece of material and agreed to take the job and I agreed to the price and timeline he needed. Now that time line has come and gone, I have left MANY messages and texts inquiring to the status of our products. They have not returned my calls, they have not replied to my texts and still no idea what the status is of my job. We provided over $10k in materials which we dropped off to them to have cut. Now I have no idea if I can get inside to pick up our materials, if anyone is even there or if they just took my materials and disappeared. All I have been asking for is a simple call to let me know what is going on. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Update 8/13/20: Now two months have past and I still cannot get my materials. I have made countless efforts to contact Wes to only get a run a round each time. I am now having to take this company to court to resolve this matter. The most recent text from Wes was an actual threat towards me. I expressed my frustrations and only asked to have access to pick up our materials. I will now have to get law enforcement involved.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do not take my review seriously then you unfortunately will be accepting an unnecessary risk.

Wanted to give Wess at FEA INC. a five star rating. I was installing a vanity sink for a remodel job and it was 3/16" to big. I brought the top to Wess and he was able to cut it down and put me back on track the same day. Thanks Wess. Great work!!!
