Went in over a month ago to have a hat made. They had me email them the designs right then. I then proceeded to email them every 4/5 days to get an update on it, just to be told they were still working on it. Last week I emailed them again and was told they sent me a proof and was waiting for the approval. Interesting enough I apparently received every email they sent me, other than the one with the proof. When I told them I never received the proof they never emailed me back. That was a week ago, and haven’t heard anything from them.

I Took my shirts to Fat City Apparel, after a terrible experience with Running Threads, Robin and her staff was very professional and I dropped my shirts off on a Monday and they were ready Tuesday. Excellent workmanship. Enclosing In the future they will get all of our business.

I wanted a pair of onesies for newborn twins. I knew what I wanted it to say but wasn't sure how to make it cute. The friendly professional staff took my idea and added their creativity and the onesies turned out better than I could have imagined and super fast!. Absolutely wonderful, professional, kind creative people. I will be back again!
