I have been to this Lutz location multiple times to browse and have been so overwhelmed by the sales reps "attacking" me as soon as I walked through the door that I have not gone back.

Recently my refrigerator broke and thought I would stop by to check out the store again as they have a pretty extensive inventory on the floor. To my surprise I was greeted by some staff when I walked in but not immediately approached making me comfortable to just browse and not feel pressured. After I had some time to look around this welcoming sales associate named Rosita came by to assist me. She was very personable and she knew her inventory very well as I was asking very technical questions. She never gave me the impression that she was just there to make a sale or try to up sale me on something i didn't need. She understood my budget and the conversation went very natural. She even allowed me to call my wife to discuss our options without hovering over me like a hawk. The entire sales experience was pleasant to say the least.

I only had to wait a couple of days for the fridge and delivery drivers where there on time. They took extra care working around my kitchen cabinetry and were very professional.

Due to this experience with Rosita and the delivery team I have a new outlook on this location and Famous Tate as a whole.

I was looking for a refrigerator and even with all the filters, it was a little bit overwhelming to pick the right one I had a very good idea what I wanted. I told the sales product person and he made it very, very easy for me. After purchasing an appliance here, I will definitely come here first. They even looked at other major retailers to make sure that we we're not paying more for this fridge here compared to elsewhere.

We recently purchased a washer/dryer followed a couple weeks later by a GE Profile refrigerator which was delivered yesterday afternoon. We were told it would take about 3 hours before we would see ice or water. 3 hours later..nothing...this morning, nothing.
Long story short, I spoke to Rosita who walked me through what to look for and even referred this to their service department to help as the fridge would need to be pulled out from the wall. My husband ended up home from work early and with the information given to me by Rosita we had water in minutes. I cancelled the service as the problem was solved.
Thank you to Rosita for taking the time to explain everything so thoroughly and not try to pass me off to someone else.
It's plain to see you enjoy your job and take pride in what you do...this is why I keep going back to Famous Tates !!!!
Also a shout out to the sales staff. They provided an excellant service. Answered all my questions, very professional and patient and NO CAR SALESMAN mentality!!

From the purchasing process, to the delivery (on time), they are absolutely top notch! We have ALWAYS used them for all of our appliance and home needs for a reason. The service is consistent! They do what they say they are going to do every time. Every staff member I have interacted with is always professional. I have dealt with Morris 2 times now and he is helpful without being pushy! So easy to work with!
