Terrible experience. Had a lot of difficulty understanding the technician before he got here. We told the company we had hurricane or multi point locks that needed repair. When the technician got here, it was as if he had never seen one before. He took the door cover plates off found nothing put them back on and charge us $150 for at most 20 minutes of work. They also have their technicians determine how much to charge and have your personal check made out to them. The company says a normal service fee starts at $30. We cannot recommend this company. There is no manager to talk to about your issues.

Beware. Offered free visit and canceled well beforehand. The other person said there was a cancelation fee. Liars.

Great service...Eli...the tech is a very personable guy who knows the products well & puts you at ease on having a complete stranger come and work in your home. If your looking for inexpensive service. ... keep looking,you won’t get it here. What you will get however is prompt professional service...quality products (with a 2 yr guarantee) which all adds up to... peace of mind...& you can’t really put a price on that. Especially when we’re talking about security in your home.
FYI... although they were pricey...I have to say they were also able to install locks in my sliding glass doors which I had at least 4 other locksmiths look at & we’re unable to do. Two said they could do it but on closer inspection said & I quote “ there is Not a lock available for this type/size of glass doors. Well... Eli checked it out... said he could do it & did. Enough said. Total pro all around.

I called a friend of mine to ask if this company is any good to get me back into my car, she told me that they’re a reasonable priced company and they also have a store. I gave them a call they seemed pretty professional and they didn’t give me an exact price over the phone because they needed to see the car itself. When they got there they made me a key for an average price and I was overall satisfied by the quickness and pricing they provided.

Great service, fast and reliable. We moved into our new home last Saturday, and Expo Fremont Locksmith MH technician came over on Sunday to exchange our locks, even though he normally doesn't work on Sundays. Can be absolutely recommended! Thank you 🙂

I needed a few locks around my house changed, at least i thought. I called someone out to take a look and instead of trying to replace my locks and charge me for new ones, they were repairable so he told me he could fix it for me for much cheaper. Very honest service a pleasure to work with.
