Excell has excellent customer service. Excellence with all employees of different departments. From sales in the warehouse helping us with our decision what stone of granite we chose, the deep sink we wanted, and working with us on all financial issues. A employee came out to measure in the kitchen and set up diagrams so the stone could be cut in the right sizes and best quality. We are thrilled with the color choices to complement our kitchen. The installers were so professional with the installation of the different sections to be installed. We have received so many compliments about the stone and the beautification of our remodeled kitchen in total. I was referred to Excell Granite by our contractor and best decision we made.

I visited many businesses in search of the perfect color of stone for my bathroom. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, the customer service and professionalism was outstanding!

As I was the contractor for the bathroom there were several changes due to some portions of the job running behind for various reasons. Excell happily worked with me to reschedule the template date to meet my ever changing schedules.

Adriano consulted with me when laying out the template. He explained and asked questions to ensure it was done to my expectations. He also took my sink with him to ensure the opening was cut properly as it was not the typical sink.

Rafael was very helpful, patient and understanding with the few changes I made to the layout of the template. He also explained why a particular layout I chose might not be the best and ultimately he consulted with Adriano and we decided what layout worked best. I am beyond the moon with the finished product and the completion of my amazing bathroom!

I highly recommend Excell Marble for any job you might have. Mine was a smallish bathroom and I was treated as if it were the largest and most expensive job ever. Simply the best!!!

We designed our kitchen with excell and couldn’t be happier. My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of the cabinets and the diligence of the install team. We hand picked our slabs of marble and are looking forward to the install of our counters. Great quality product and great people!

I was very explicit about my expectations with the install and wanting it to match the existing sills - bevel, etc. They didn’t even come close. Now I have half of a house with very different new sills and half a house with old sills that cannot be replaced without removing the new windows.

Mario is a nice guy but the communication and process itself were poor compared to other vendors in the area I’ve used for stone work.

Not recommended for a partial install. I’m sure doing all new work would be fine. You should expect to chase down whoever you’re working with at Excell from signing a contract to install.

From our first visit to select our granite/quartzite to the final install, it has been a pleasure doing business with Excell. They have a wonderful selection that is full of color and character in each slab. Their special cutting and fitting skills are amazing. Our quartzite fireplace wall is a work of art! They also helped with design ideas that were a huge improvement. They also installed our bar countertop included with back-lighting that is exquisite! I’ve seen others done with uneven light distribution or break lines…their installation was beautifully consistent. I would highly recommend them for any job, large or small.

Excell was one of my many stops on my tour to find new countertops. Excell stood out by delivering a personal experience and great prices. Excell handles their own installations in-house (big plus), they have a great selection and display, and are transparent in the install process. I only had to deal with one person throughout the entire process. Install was quick and worked around my schedule. There was some small followup work that needed done after install and excell understood and sent someone out to resolve the issues within the week. I would recommend if you are looking for a quality company with full transparency on process and pricing.

From what I saw at their warehouse, Excell Granite’s business is oriented to large commercial orders, yet when I came with a small order for a laundry room backsplash, they were not only very accommodating and courteous but filled my order promptly and for a very reasonable price. The 2 small pieces I needed were done exactly to my specifications too. Highly recommend this business.
