We signed a contract with EverFence on December 3, 2024, choosing them over another company because they promised to complete the project by the end of the year. Their pricing was similar to another company, but their assurance of a timely finish led us to go with them.

Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver on their promise. When the project wasn’t completed by the end of the year, I reached out to Jeff from EverFence on January 7, 2025, asking for a start date—but received no response. After hearing nothing, I followed up again on January 15, letting him know that we were already 15 days into the new year without even a start date, yet still, no response.

On February 6, I called their office and spoke with a woman who said someone would contact me shortly. They did call back, but instead of a concrete plan, they offered excuses for the delay. I expressed my frustration about the complete lack of communication, and they then promised the project would be completed within the next week or so.

Here we are on March 13, and the fence is still not completed.

I sent another message to Jesse on February 17, voicing my disappointment in their lack of communication and failure to follow through. No response.

At this point, EverFence is not just unprofessional—they are irresponsible to the point of seeming like a scam. We have already paid for half the invoice, yet we have nothing to show for it. If you’re considering hiring EverFence, think twice—their promises mean nothing, and their communication is nonexistent.

Chris and his son Dennis installed our black aluminum double picket fence. I had to go to a funeral and my wife stayed home for the install. Chis and Dennis were about finished when I arrived home. The install looked straight and professional.
