I was absolutely blown away by my gorgeous wedding bouquet! I found Eureka Florist online, emailed about what type of bouquet I was thinking about for our elopement, and then spoke with the owner on the phone about the vibe I was going for. After listening to her ideas and chatting with her, I felt so confident in my choice! She totally nailed it, and I actually happy cried when I picked it up. She even went above and beyond and told me the kinds of flowers that were in the bouquet and where they were from (all locally sourced!). I am so grateful for such a lovely experience!

Oh! And thank you for recommending a pocket square for my partner instead of a boutonnière! They loved it, and we loved how it had the same flowers as the bouquet! Thank you for your beautiful and creative work! 🙂

I placed an order on 4/30/25 for a beautiful floral arrangement to be delivered to my Mom as a surprise for Mother’s Day (5/11/25). She just moved to Eureka (5 hours away from me now) and this is the first Mother’s Day I wouldn’t be able to spend with her. I chose Eureka Florist because of the amount of positive reviews it had. Sadly, I did not have this same experience and my Mom never received the arrangement I ordered and paid $140 for. I was contacted Mother’s Day evening by the shop owner and was informed of transportation issues resulting in the delay of the delivery of my order. I was offered a refund which I declined at the time since she assured me the flowers would be delivered Monday (5/12/25) regardless. As a business owner myself, I totally understood that the situation was out of their control and I was sure they were going to hold their word and deliver my flowers the following day. Now it’s Monday evening and my order was never delivered and when I called to find out what happened, no one answered or called me back. I left a message stating that if my order could not be fulfilled by Monday evening, then I would like a refund. Instead of a call back or reply to my email explaining what was currently happening with the order—they just refunded my money. Pretty disappointed that they weren’t able to resolve this issue and my Mom got nothing from me for Mother’s Day. Needless to say, I will not be using this florist shop in the future.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance (11+ days out). On Mother's Day, they wrote saying their largest delivery van had broken down and the flowers would not be delivered that day. Eureka Florist offered a full refund, or a one-day-late delivery and partial refund. I opted for the latter. The flowers were delivered later in the day on Monday, however the partial refund is nowhere to be seen. The florist also has not replied to a single one of the multiple emails we have sent them. This is very poor service. It reminded me why I've always been a fan of Pocket of Posies and why I'll never use Eureka Florist ever again. I ended up filing a credit card chargeback for a partial refund. If you can't keep your promises, don't make them!

I’m so happy I found Eureka Florist online! I called from 3,000 miles away and ordered my Momma the most beautiful, vibrant, and healthy flower arrangement ever!!! The employee was top notch! She really listened to my desires and helped me get exactly what I wanted ordered. Then they created the arrangement and hand delivered them to my Momma herself. Like I said, I’m so glad I found Eureka Florist online!! They are professional, kind, and they pay great attention to customers’ (like me) desires and details. Nice!!!

So very disappointed! I ordered flowers for my friends birthday today and they looked NOTHING like what was delivered to her. The flowers in the picture were large and lush and all purple. What she received was a pathetic arrangement of ferns and baby’s breath with 2 red roses some small tired wild flowers and a couple unopened lilies. Not one rose or lily was in the advertised arrangement. That is $67 that I will never spend at Eureka Florist again. They should be ashamed.

What a beautiful bouquet with such a wonderful mix of flowers! The delivery man was not only friendly but also funny, which really brightened my day as I'm recovering from surgery. Excellent service!
