Talk about terrible service!!!!!! ETC has not one care in the world to get your project completed in a timely manor. Service department does not know much about anything, the extreme lack of follow up calls, or getting a simple answer if a part is ordered is next to impossible. I have to make countless phone calls to get status updates or to make sure the part is actually ordered- this makes it very frustration when we are paying top dollar for what?

As a long-term customer of 20+yrs, I’m sad to say that service levels and responsiveness have been slipping for years, now sub-par. 10 days for a service call. Equipment and labor charges are inflated. The only thing that’s quick is billing, I’m not a happy customer any longer.

Constant rescheduling. 3 canxellariosn befor ethey arrived. When team came they took much longer than expected and were unable to complete installation. They somebow disconnected controls over the other gate. And massive lack fo cooridnatiom between sales team and scheduling team. Horrible

Used to be a great home automation company, recent changes (Ownership or Management) have resulted in HORRID experiences. When you purchase a high end home automation system you expect high end service, what you get with the "New" ETC is a couple steps below fast food. Half the time the don't even show up for appointments. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.
