Essential Air was recommended to me by a couple of friends after I went into sticker shock from another a/c company's quote. On our call to schedule service, Charlie explained what was covered and quoted a price. For the appointment, it was scheduled promptly.

I quoted several contractors and ultimately decided to work with Charlie at Essential Air. In addition to having a GREAT quote, I felt most comfortable with him. He relocated two Heat Pumps from the rear of my house to the side of my house. He also arranged an electrician to install two new disconnects. He was very flexible and accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We have had 2 experiences with Charlie. 1 My mother (85years old) had another company come out & check on her AC- they told her she needed to replace the entire unit for over $8000.00- Charlie came out and reconnected the thermostat with a small service fee & she is all set.
Charlie came to our house, adjusted 2 of our units checked for any issues, fixed a few minor things for a very reasonable price.

I picked essential air because all the good reviews and the fact we live a mile apart. Charlie was very easy to schedule with and showed up on time. I called as a second opinion from my regular guy that is getting old. Charlie did a very thorough checkup and figured out the issue I was having. His service call and freon charge was very fair. I think I found my new AC guy. If you like supporting a small local company that is honest and fair priced I suggest you give him a call when needed.

Came home today to a hot house, the day before a Hurricane is due to impact our area.
