CLEANEST gym I’ve worked out in EVER. Literally every time I’m here they’re cleaning. Equipment well maintained - it can get crowded at times but outstanding gym overall.

Love this gym. Always clean. Staff is polite and always willing to assist you. I don’t have to stand around waiting on equipment because there’s so much available to keep your workout going. I only canceled my membership due to me relocating. Hoping that they open up more locations in the future. I highly recommend.

EōS so far has been great. About two months in and the facilities are good, people are nice, and I’m moving in the right directions for my goals. My only complaint is that the amenities tend to be broken down a lot and it takes time to get them back in order.

Been going to this location for over a year now.
Let's start with the good stuff.
The price. The price that you pay for the services and equipment they offer is great. Love the equipment. I like the different types of barbells that they have. The locker rooms, cryolounge, and sauna are all great.

However, there are just so many cons. The parking is absolutely ridiculous from 5-7 P.M. I have had times where I've circled the lot for 15 minutes at a time, people park on the curb, on the grass, my friend got towed from parking desperately in the complex across the street.

Nobody puts their weights away. Literally. Plates and dumbbells are constantly left on the floor. I have tripped a couple of times, team members sometimes put stuff away, but there needs to be rules and possibly penalties for not knowing basic gym etiquette.

I like this location because it is easy for me to commute to, but if there were any other gyms near me with power bars I would quickly switch.

WORST GYM EVER. Please do yourself a favor and go to ANY other gym. These people scammed me and my husband. This place is SO DISORGANIZED that their managers and trainers don’t even know what they are doing. I have the testimony of previous employees, trainers and friends that all agree with the fact they DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL they just want YOUR MONEY and signing their contract.
I can’t even say the times they had to switch us to different trainers because they all leave. They assigned us to new and inexperienced trainers over and over again. We were done with that gym but every time we requested to talk to a manager the same guy (Derrick at that time) never tried to actually help us.
Another manager at that time, when we first enrolled promised us that if we sign a contract and membership with them, he would override the fact that we needed to wait 6 months in order to switch for a basic plan. He said he would do it for us in 3 months and was authorized by him, because clearly they didn’t wanted to let us go without singing a contract with them.

Conclusion: please don’t waste your money here.

Worst customer service ever! This place deserves 0 stars. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months now and they just keep sending me different routes. I moved out of town and called to cancel and they told me to come in cancel. I went all the way there just to cancel the membership and the person at the counter “Malik” told me that i’d get instructions through my email to cancel it. Such a waste of time and energy! And i still haven’t received any email to cancel the membership. My card has been charged for so many months whilst trying to cancel the membership too.
