If i could give him zero i would, I purchased a 16K pump from Steve at Empire under the recomendation of my supplier as it is a specilty peice of equipment they designed for the material i am spraying. He promised it would run like a top THIS EQUIPMENT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY ON THE FIRST TIME OUT WOULD NOT EVEN PROPERLY PRIME THE MATERIAL IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR! I gave steve a call right off the batt when speaking to Steve, Costumer service was basically telling me if i needed parts or repair i would be responsible for the cost and there was nothing else he could do and even tried to charge me another $600.00 for a seal kit to try to fix the problem and told me "if i could not afford down time I shouldve bought a second pump" excact words! left me high and dry on a job site! now i am very weary to send it back to him for service so i will probably just eat the cost of the repair locally. very condesending and rude once it came down to take responsibility or at least do the right thing when your client is having trouble with a brand new piece of equipment! buyer beware!
