I have not been able to reach anyone here for months. I have left several messages and have requested RX refills through my pharmacy. I finally drove to the office which is about an hour away and found this note on the door. Sharing for others that may be in a bad spot like I was to hopefully save the hassle. Looks like it is time to find another doctor.

Great physician, but absolutely asleep when it comes to managing his business. If this was my business I would clean house of this office help. They will not answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. They do not respond to my pharmacy. I had a positive colagaurd test 10 days ago and they haven't called or answered my voice mails. When do get speak to someone (only when you drive there) that person will blame everyone including the Doctor. Doc , they are trashing you and destroying your business.

after going here 7 years just once every three months to just pick up my script they told me they dont take my insurance anymore. I told them I would switch to self pay they told me not without paying 400 dollars first and was told " we made a mistake". I dont even see the doctor they basically just hand me my prescriptions. How unprofessional. Good luck getting an appt here they dont pick up their phones or call you back. Sincerely a 7 year long patient

The doctors here are good but can’t ever make an appointment most recently I called 11 times over 2 1/2 weeks. 1 just rang another that I made my appointment and 9 that went straight to voicemail and never called back. It’s been something like that pass 3 times.

My brother in law was in memory care rehab and my sister dying with bone cancer. I went in to request her doctor McKee send a letter to hospice twice plus called to no avail. 3 weeks later my sister went into the hospital, spent one night and transferred to an inpatient hospice facility (thanks to a Dr at the hospital) and died within 48 hours. I was traveling 400 miles one way to tend to her and her personal physician was no help at all.

I can not continue at this practice because I have been forgotten about 3 times since October. New to the area and was looking for a convenient family practice, Dr. Mckee came highly recommend by a neighbor who was in practice with him several years ago.
I’ve never seen Dr. McKee just Evan and each of the 3 times I have needed follow up care such as prescriptions and PR referral and all 3 times I have had to call and asked what happened. I sit here today at 3 in the afternoon waiting on an antibiotic to be called in for a severe spider bite that I was told should have been done within the hour at 9 this morning. I’m scared that whoever is Dr. or nursing staff forgetting these things does not have my best interest or physical health as their first priority.

Because their offices are nearby, and because it's just time in my life to get a stable 'family' doctor, I scheduled an appointment for a first visit with Evan. The support staff were courteous, and the office was well cared for.

I had a very good visit, Evan seems very patient-centered in his approach to care, and inquired about elements of my health with interest. He made sure i understood the coming plans/treatment, and the prescriptions were processed faster than i could drive down the block to the pharmacy.

I waited approximately 45 minutes, and they weren't overly busy. The staff was nice and concerned but seemed to be constrained by the physician's apparent lack of concern for patients' schedules. Like most, I have to adjust my entire day to attend an appointment, and I deeply resent the feeling of nonchalance of some physicians towards their patients' schedules. It gives the vibe that the physician feels his time is more important than the time if his patients, and that is simply not the case.
