Eran (the owner) is awesome, and his workers are quick, clean and efficient.

On average, it took around 45min - 1 hour per room. The new sealer dries quick! By the time they've started the next room, the first room is dry.

I definitely feel like if you hire this company, you will get your money's worth. The prices are fair and affordable. Definitely one of the more honest owner operator type companies out there.

One thing to note is that they also have all the correct equipment to do the job right the first time. I cannot stress enough how clean they are while they work, laying down plastic to protect the area, vacuums to suck up all the Dust, and the correct implements to apply the sealer that doesn't leave any streaks. How many times have you gone and hired someone, who had to run back and forth to a store to go get something? Definitely not the case with Elite Marble. They do it right, and they do it right the first time.

I have travertine floors throughout my entire house. This is the second time in 3 years that Erin and his crew have come in to restore/clean my floors. We entertain a lot and have two big dogs, so my floors get a lot of wear. Erin's crew is very courteous and clean. As you can see in the picture below they took my very tired, dull floors and made them look like new! Erin was originally referred to me by a tile store in the SFV. The owner told me that he too has travertine floors and Erin is the only guy he trusts to refurbish and clean his floors. I highly recommend Elite and will be having them back again next year for routine maintenance!

Stop your search. You found your answer. Let me explain. If you're like me, you have some stone floors that need refinishing, a shower that you want to sparkle and shine again, and some old grout that needs replacing. Friends shrugged when I asked for recommendations. I turned to the Internet, googled away, and found several local businesses with excellent reviews, including Elite Marble Care. Eran came out the day after I called to give an estimate. It was fair. From a brief discussion, I could tell he was an expert in the field. We set a date for two weeks, his first opening, and day one he arrived with a team of five guys. On day two, he only needed three to finish the job. The guys were terrific. The finished work was even better. The only problem is that the floors might be too good. The stone looks brand new. Now my wood floors and walls are envious and want similar enhancements. Good service, good value, good quality, good people.

I have never left a bad review. After over a week of scheduling this job. The only time Eran offered to be available was 8am. (I reached out to schedule, not him). I asked if he could come at 9am, just an hour later, as some of our family would still be asleep. He offered no solution and was very rude about it. Extremely unprofessional. Elite Marble Care did a fantastic job honing the marble island in our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier. But aside from the work they did to restore the "crown jewel" of our kitchen, Eran and his team were consummate professionals every step of the way.

They came quickly to give an estimate, arrived punctually to do the work, gave us clear expectations about what to expect and then delivered on those expectations, going above and beyond to do their work as well as possible, and all for a fair price.

This is my second time hiring Elite Marble - I cannot say enough good things about them. Not only is their work FAST, affordable and professional, but the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Eran comes to your house to take a look and give you a quote within hours of your call. He knows his stuff, and he's HONEST - unlike most companies or contractors who will try to swindle and upsell you for everything you've got. If only they did paint and electrical... I'd never have to use anyone else ever again.
