I've been fishing the San Diego fleet for the past 20 years. Being a creature of habit I've used the same processor. This year we were told that our usual place couldn't fit us in so we had to find a different processor. We ended up going with Elite and I am so glad we did. The customer service from A to Z was phenomenal. They were there at the dock on time ready to receive our fish. I could tell instantly they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Usually when we have fish processing done we are stuck in San Diego well into the afternoon. Elite had our fish ready packed on ice and in our coolers in just a few hours. The packaging was clean and the meat was manicured so well it looked like candy. When I opened my cooler to inspect their work there was not a hint of fishy smell whatsoever.
I will be using Elite Fish Processing for all my processing needs moving forward. I highly recommend them.

I have been sport fishing and commercial fishing out of San Diego for 40 years. I’ve worked with Joel off and on for the last 30 years. And he’s worked for me. He’s a very talented fish cutter from rough cutting to the finished product. Very fast and clean with a knife. I highly recommend ELITE FISH PROCESSING. You won’t be disappointed with his service.

Outstanding service! My fishing club went on a charter and came home with a boat load of tuna. All the cuts were amazing and the fish was done so quickly. The packaging was really top notch and their labels so easy to read. I can't say enough good things about Joel and his wife. Elite Fish Processing is the only number you'll need when you come home with some fish. Just don't forget to make a reservation! You wouldn't want to get stuck having to go somewhere else.

Tried Elite for the first time back on Aug 17. One word: “SOLID!” Joel provided GREAT, same day, professional service. Handed fish off, went and had breakfast, cleaned up fishing gear and had processed fish within about 3 hours. Elite is now my go to for fish processing in SD!

The best fish processing I have ever had !! From start to finish total professional job. They even went the extra mile, or few miles, to Big 5 and helped me get a cooler when mine was not large enough. No other company will give you that family type of service. Highly recommended !
