We just had a heat pump installed by Daniel and Jorge from Elevated Comfort.
They did an outstanding job. It was a big job that took them well past the end of their work day and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional about everything. They arrived on time, prepped the area, worked non stop and cleaned up like they had never been here. Daniel and Jorge answered all our questions, explaining everything in detail. Outstanding technicians! Also great office staff and JP who came to do estimate was very helpful and went the extra mile to work with us. We are very happy we picked Elevated Comfort!

This is an overdue review, but I wish I had found Elevated Comfort earlier because I had an excellent experience with them from start to finish.
Ian, the technician, was professional, courteous, and punctual. He did an outstanding job fixing and cleaning my AC units, which had been poorly installed by another company. Their pricing was very fair, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the great work! I highly recommend their services!

In our new world of crappy service Elevated Comfort is a notable exception.
After a power surge (0 stars for PG&E!!) our furnace stopped working. Elevated Comfort not only answered the phone with a real human but they had a technician at the house within hours. Scott was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and had the needed part in his truck. He had it cleaned out and fixed within an hour and the price was really reasonable. We are toasty warm again and so grateful.

We chose elevated comfort after seeking bids from 2 other companies to have our 35 year old furnace replaced in addition to having a heat pump installed. JP was attentive to my questions and dispelled somethings another vendor said that were incorrect (and later confirmed with the 3rd vendor). When it came to the installation, Jorge and Daniel were excellent. They worked around our toddler's nap schedule when it came to having to go into the bedrooms, and were just overall nice guys. My neighbor is an electrician and wanted to check out the hardware out of curiosity and he said they did an exceptional job and all the work was very clean.

Communication was great as well and I will keep them in mind for future projects.

Elevated Comfort and the tech Jose were absolutely amazing to work with. Jose arrived ahead of time, quickly figured out my leak was just a loose nut and fixed it with no charge to me. Elevated Comfort was able to schedule the appointment quickly, they couldn't have been easier to work with. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
