Even though I booked this hotel because of the amenities it offers like their "relax hour" (HAPPY HOUR) and free breakfast I've experienced less than what they actually have to offer....

You will be watched for how much you consume for breakfast and even fat shamed for taking what you would like for breakfast even upstairs in your room if you're taking food up to eat in the room.

The "relax hour"(HAPPY HOUR) is basically a place for the employees to share free alcohol with their friends while the actual booked buyers at the hotel get turned down after 2 beers when all week they've been giving us at least 6 beers between 2 people. Also the same beer is sold for sale at 2.50 a pint at bevmo So getting cut off when it's that cheap at an open bar from 530pm to 7pm as relax hour is kinda misleading when it comes down to marketing extra amenities to bringing people into this establishment.

Last time I was here months ago it was great and I didn't even know about the relax hour then, now to enjoy it for a few days to basically getting cut off while others get to enjoy their drinking during "relax hour"( HAPPY HOUR)

So if you're like me and chose this hotel because of its amenities and extras, look again cause even though I paid for a week stay and possibly another 1 or 2 weeks at this hotel, I'm going to rebook somewhere else after this week. ?

I was so happy to see a hotel for a short time do the right thing but I guess everything good goes away pretty fast...
I had high hopes for what they brought to the table cause it was definitely HIGHER STANDARDS then most but I guess they couldn't live up to the challenge.

Funny that I actually planned on leaving a 5 star review for this establishment but since it was a farce, I'll be leaving this then I guess. It's funny also how staying at a hotel seems to be more and more rare to have a good experience... Just sucks cause I was really happy to be staying here cause of all the extras they put on it. It seemed like someone actually cared.... I'm only here as a temporary home and I don't feel like I'm welcomed at breakfast or happy hour. ?

Comfortable, safe hotel. Best in the area! Very kind & attentive staff. Breakfast is my favorite with Ines, Gina and Maria! I can always count on a GREAT meal and hospitality because of these three ladies! I am grateful for my stay during my assignment! I would recommend this hotel to anyone due to the great staff at the front desk, breakfasts, gym, and the people who work so hard to make this a wonderful place!

I have to visit Palmdale for work on occasion and I've stayed at several local hotels over the years. This was the first time I started at Element, and man was it an upgrade!

Everything about it is better than the competition. It's newer and extremely well kept, the rooms are so much bigger with a full kitchen and fridge, plus a living room area large enough to literally seat around 8 people!

There was a different hot breakfast every morning along with his quality coffee, and the staff was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and this will certainly be my home base when visiting from now on.

Pro Tip: In the evenings they have a happy hour with free draft beer from Bravery (a killer local brewery) plus snacks!

Positive: Great breakfast, terrific breakfast staff, terrific facilities. Negative: Housekeepers come whenever they please, room never starts off with ample towels, and each room is screaming out for DEEP CLEANING. Light fixtures are encrusted with dust, shower has pink mold in every corner and gets clogged. USE BLEACH!

Exceptional hotel! One of the best that I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s a prime location for work in Mojave and the areas north of LA. Great access to recreation during off hours too. Breakfast is the best I’ve had and Inez and Gina go above and beyond to make sure you are fed the way you like it. This is THE place I stay when traveling to the area!

Never staying here again. Internet was spotty when we first arrived. After the second day of being here, internet completely went out and IS STILL OUT 3 DAYS LATER! This is a problem being as that my co-workers and I work from our hotels while traveling. Asked the employees at the front desk when the internet will be back up, and get the same standard answer, "I don't know." The noise is outrageous. People and cleaning crew slam the doors constantly, dogs in 2 different rooms constantly barking, cleaning crew do not clean anything. They provide towels if you ask for them only and thats about it. Breakfast is terrible and almost non-existent. Bathroom sink was clogged, laundry room is filthy and fire alarms went off mutiple times over multiple days with no smoke or fire in sight. Will be informing coworkers, which come to town regularly for extended periods, to NEVER stay at this establishment. I now have to inform my corporation of all of this in order to switch hotels. I've never experienced this amount of disappointment in a Marriott hotel.

This hotel is very clean and welcoming! Every member of their staff was phenomenal! From check in to check out these ladies made sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Ines and Gina treated us like family and made sure we didn’t start our day on an empty stomach, and had this group of grumpy guys walking out the door smiling each morning.

The hotel for professional millennials was very nice and clean with modern and Scandinavian vibes. Rooms were very cute with blackout curtains. Breakfast was not bad, and evening reception is a vibe with charcuterie board, beer and wine. Hotel is pet friendly and have bikes available (not sure if they are free).
