This place is a complete disaster. There’s nowhere to wait, so you’re stuck in the parking lot, hoping someone eventually shows up. They have no idea how to run a business. I brought in a LiftMaster gate arm—still under warranty—to exchange at the store where I originally purchased it. Beforehand, I called LiftMaster, got a case number, and was told the store should replace it. But when I arrived, they were unbelievably rude, outright refused to swap the arm, and just sent me away.

I've been buying equipment and material on and off for years at this location. They have always been helpful and nice offering solutions for my projects. I'm not a regular client as my business is more focused on low voltage and not gates, nevertheless I have always received great service.

Gate clickers are $25 plus tax here. Always used to get my replacements here but new Covid hours and protocols make it very difficult. Same gate clickers on Amazon are $16 and next say delivery. I don’t want to give this spot 1 star because it’s a small business but these guys gotta figure it out soon.

There back door parking lot service is a little weird . Then you have to deal with there main Mexican staff person who is absolutely the most rudest and crudest A- hole you will ever encounter . Mostly argumentative and less helpful . And this was just trying to buy the right garage remote . Total jerk the whole time , Screw this guy . I will never be back

Overpriced. Then when I called to get a price for a motor the gentleman asked the name of my company. And continued to say I'd get a better price if I spent tens of thousands of dollars there.

The old person who work at back entrance is absolutely RUDE no customer service at all
