The guy next door's momma doesn't like people being on the property, so he will come over and threaten to call the cops. To be clear, it's not his or his mother's property. It's a church with the word "fellowship" right in the name. Avoid at all costs if you don't want the man to drive his car at you like he's going to hit you.
