I highly recommend EMJ Copper. If I had the option to give them 10 starts I would. They produced and installed a brass hood to our specifications that is now the focal point in our kitchen. They are easy to work with and the installation was seemless.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tim at EJMcopper from start to finish for our custom stainless steel hood and my husband and I were blown away with the entire team's professionalism, expertise and craftsmanship. Worst possible experience I've ever had with any specialty in the construction industry. If I could choose zero stars I would. Poor communication from ownership, sometimes taking weeks to return calls. Long production and install times, and workmanship that omitted key components in the functioning of the finished fabricated materials. Find another company. Please note the 5 star review is owners related family. I sent a request from my lawyer certified mail to please finish our job... got no response from this company. We are stuck with no recourse. Regardless of the owner's response online, the job is still unfinished, and they refuse to communicate. They cashed that check though. They showed us a picture of only one of our chimneys completed. Later, we discovered the other chimney was unfinished. They never made any effort to come out and complete the job after we voiced concern. They are somehow still in business. Which is why I still don't understand why they haven't completed our job.

Although we did not buy any copper items from them or others, we did do a lot of research. I do have to say they were the most inviting and took the most tome to explain the process. Very professional and the work that was around the shop was excellent.
