I received an estimate from Mike the owner to paint my house. He informed me he would start in 2 weeks. I was fine with that. 4 days before the start date I contacted Mike to ask him a question. No reply. The day before he was supposed to start the project I contacted him again and no reply. Homeowner beware of this contractor. He also won’t send you a W9 form which is required by law.
