Katie & Crystal were angels today for my family. Came in because my dryer broke and I explained what happened to it and they shared the part it needed, even had me run home to take apart and they tested it. Bought the part I needed and installed it. All because two kind wonderful woman took time to listen and were so neighborly. It’s why I’ve purchased appliances here before, but today was simply “true honest kind customer service at its finest. I was nervous I couldn’t do it myself but they showed me each step and YESSSSSS ITS WORKING NOW!!!! Thank you so much for being FOR SURE now my only appliance place. It was so nice to walk into a business and not be “sold” but helped! This Woman is supporting those two “woman “ anytime. Thank you. So much

Katie has sold us all of our appliances for many years and is always knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Although Edwards A-1 is only a block from Home Depot, I know the value, care and professionalism at A-1 is consistently superior to Home Depot, so I no longer even get an estimate at the monster store, preferring the locally owned high quality at Edwards A-1.

Today David and Hayden efficiently, pleasantly, competently installed a new GE microwave in our kitchen. It was a complete pleasure to watch them work harmoniously and kindly with each other. I felt so fortunate to have them work in our home. And before they left David installed trim rails along the edges of our range as a bonus!

I highly, enthusiastically recommend Edwards A-1 for any appliance needs. They are WONDERFUL!

It’s a long story, but I worked with Edwards A-1 to find a specific appliance that they sourced and acquired for me. They were very helpful, exceedingly knowledgeable in their field, picked up their phone every time, and easy to coordinate the project with. Scheduling delivery was simple and flexible. When my project changed suddenly, they worked with me to unwind everything, and were very cool and very generous about the whole thing, even though I essentially wasted their time. They will have all my future business - THIS IS WHY I USE LOCAL BUSINESSES AND YOU SHOULD TOO! This would never happen at a box store or some anonymous online vendor.

April 12, 2021 went to check 1st load of laundry - silence - RIP - Called Edwards A-1 hoping for quick fix for old washer. Dave came out next day, and it was done. Called store, and turns out they had 1 washer left in stock - all others sold. Went up to take a look, and within couple hours Tom arrived with the new washer, and got it set up in no time - and hauled the other away. Great service from both - and laundry on track! Thanks so much!!

May.16.2024 The other week we had a tech from Edwards A-1 come to ck if our 25+ refrigerator could be saved - cleaned coils but said any day need replacement. 2 days later-ice maker - freezer system done & many bath towels changed to collect draining system - called to see what available - great sale on new Whirlpool side by side - with working ice machine!!! Hayden and his assistant arrived promptly on delivery day-start to finish less than 2 hrs! VERY impressed with the way Hayden clearly explained the process w/assistant as they went from dismount off truck to clean up and departure with our old refrig - an impressive teaching process to nurture team work and experience -

Edward's A-1 appliance is the best appliance store in a 40 mile radius. The prices of new appliances are in line with box stores with the added benefit of knowledgeable, helpful experts. They service the appliances that they sell . Huge plus, they help figure out what parts you need if you're trying to repair the unit on your own. Parts are available at the store and they will help identify the part you need and place the order. They tested three fuses and a heating element as a courtesy. They also gave me a tip on which fuse to check first on a stackable General Electric washer/dryer. A local business with genuine people. The selection of appliances is extensive, and they know the details of each product. The hard wood floors are pretty charming too!

A1 was fairly responsive, they knew my kitchen, took over a month to get new fridge, they substituted a dog, doesntwork well. Service yah expensive, talk built in oven replacement they said here take this, that's it. Lowses, home depot others are better bet.

These guys are awesome. Small town store, big time service. Very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff in the store and we were very impressed with David, the installer, when he came out and installed our new dishwasher. Have done business with this store for many years and have always been impressed. GREAT WORK.

Just went in to shop for a microwave. I had already been to Home Depot and Lowes in Folsom. Those big box store employees were not very helpful. One told me that the kind of microwave I was looking for didnt even exist (it does!). I was relieved to have an intelligent conversation at A-1. We found what we needed and have ordered it. This was our second time working with them. The first time, they came out to repair our washing machine. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and good prices. Next time I will just start here instead of going to the big stores.
