I appreciate that Ed Staub & Sons service my account well, meaning that I never have to worry about running out of heating oil during the cold winter times. The employee rolls up, pumps the product and leaves me a receipt. I was at home during the last service and the gentleman was kind and considerate of my yard.
The really good thing is that is not a one off but how they operate ever since I began my service years ago.

Been using Ed Staub & Sons in the Lake Almanor area for aprox 5 years. We are on the auto-fill plan and they have never let us down once. This is such an important feature in an area with such extreme weather conditions. The office staff is great. They make us feel as if we are friends, not just another customer.

One of their drivers came up fast on us then tailgated us in a fuel truck. He then flipped us off as he passed us. We were on I-80 departing Truckee westbound. We got a flat the day before and were driving on a mini spare with our hazards on so couldn’t go over 50 mph. Absolutely insane behavior by a trucker—usually I assume they will drive better than your average joe.

Our previous propane contractor retired and Ed Staub was recommended by them. I enjoyed the friendly service we received when we signed up for our new service with them. Your on site visit to install the new tank and modify our old connections was professional and not intrusive. Rates seem to be extremely fair. It sounds like a good beginning to a long customer relationship.
