Friendly lady in the checkin office.
I arrived eariler one day and She set up for night parking. Thats great for truckers.
Check in at door on the right of the building.
Back in dock at 630am and paperwork on hands at 830am.

As soon as you come to the security gate
(Lot B) at the stop sign, the small building is on the right side. I guess it's where you normally check in but when I arrived the check in is at where the loading dock is. If the sign is posted at the security at entrance. You must go to the loading dogs to check in. There's four docs. It's pretty roomy, slide your tandems, chock your wheels. They were friendly and helpful!
The best part they have overnight parking in lot C. Truckers do share parking lot with employees but there is still plenty of room for you to maneuver in the parking lot to park overnight.
The wait time I couldn't answer that because apparently my appointment was scheduled for today but according to their documents it's scheduled for tomorrow. I can update time wise if I still keep the load for tomorrow .

This is not a lane I would normally take but the staff is really nice and the facility is very organized. This is my second trip here and returned with no problem when the load came up for this place. I met Kersten when checking on the first time o picked up here about 3 weeks ago. She was super professional and communication from her was A-1. I was surprised that she remembered me this time and welcomed me like I was one the guys that work there. Great yes me with a big ok smile and a “your back”. Good load and wait time here along with good staff. Keep up the good work Ecotech !

I’m here one day before appointment they give me night parking morning open 7.00 am my appointment time 10.00 am i check in 8.30 am they give me door and they finished load 8.40 am they are nice ? people

A pleasant experience at EcoTech Consumer Products in Fayetteville AR. Christian, a lovely lady, at the shipping department was very helpful and gave me a door an hour and a half before my appointment time. Loaded quickly and the best part is I was able to park in one of the company's parking lot for my 10-hour reset. I would certainly pickup a load here again.
