It has been 3 years since I had my windows installed. They are beautiful but recently it appeared that I had a water stain inside the glass panes. Eco had a service tech here within 10 days only to discover the stain was not inside the glass and a razor blade took off the stain. Needless to say I feel bad someone drove to me when I could have done this myself but clearly shows the outstanding service this company provides. I recommend them 100% the product is super strong, beautiful and backed by a company who provides outstanding service.

I ordered my doors 3 months ago and still nothing yet, was planning to do my windows with them but I WILL NOT do it with them! Never again. And will not recommend this company for nothing! Feel horrible very bad experience. I have people working in my house and has to put everything on hold just because of my doors not being ready!!!

Easy access, plenty of parking options around. Overnight available but not during the weekend. Company is closed Saturday Sunday. Check in and unloading within the minutes.

El año pasado instalamos unas ventanas y puertas de Eco en mi casa, en Enero de este año el jardinero rompió el cristal de la puerta principal de la casa, nos comunicarme con esta empresa para solicitar comprar el Cristal.
Me contactaron con Gabriela, quien me asistió en todo momento para ordenar el Cristal, fue muy amable porque me ayudó a encontrar la orden original y la marca para poder reponer el Glass.
Mi esposo y yo fuimos a Eco Glass para hacer los pagos y poner la orden y ella fue súper atenta con nosotros en todo momento.
El cristal estuvo listo en la fecha que nos indicó y cuando fuimos a recogerlo los jóvenes en la parte de atrás en el shipping fueron muy diligentes y amables, nos atendieron rápido y nos ayudaron a poner el Cristal con cuidado en el vehículo de mi esposo.
De verdad nos han brindado uno de los mejores servicios en Miami.
El Glass quedó perfectó en nuestra puerta.

Sin palabras un werehouse con condiciones de trabajo pésimas, los trabajadores no son escuchados por los directivos superiores ,el trabajador q no sea amigo del supervisor es tratado muy mal.
