I have been to more than my share of thrift stores but I've never seen one like this. This place is super ORGANIZED. Related items all together in one spot. And the books; well you will feel like you're in a book store because fiction is together and alphabetical by author. All the other books are grouped by genre as well.

They are a nonprofit with proceeds going to a local free healthcare clinic.

Workers are all friendly too.

The prices are fabulous to start with, but it seems like they have a sale nearly every time I go in there, and I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone is, they are always willing to go out of their way to answer your questions or help you find what you’re looking for!!!

Echo volunteers are always friendly and helpful. A very friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff.
The coffee shop inside the thrift store is well maintained and the coffee is great!
You can find just about anything here for reasonable prices. I come to do business here often.

Big selection!! They even have coffee. Workers were nice & were setting up & organizing. Clothing is a bit too high for it being used but they had other things to offer

The prices were great. I didn't find a huge assortment of anything that interests me when I usually go thrifting (clothes, kitchen appliances, kitchenware). The book section was full of variety - that's great! Unfortunately, my shopping experience was a bit soured by the employees' use of their masks. Eureka Springs has a mask policy. This shop required a mask be worn during shopping and temp taken at the door. These measures are ineffective when ALL of your employees are wearing their masks with their noses completely exposed! The mask goes over your mouth AND nose!!!
