I discovered Leonard's plumbing services while I was in the market for a toilet installation. When Leonard came out to provide an estimate, he did much more than just quote a price. He offered me various options and suggestions that were appropriate for my budget. Since then, he has swiftly addressed a pipe leak in my home. It was the day before Christmas Eve and we were preparing to host Christmas morning. I was extremely grateful for his prompt service. Leonard's responsiveness, honesty, and professionalism led me to request another quote for the construction of a second bathroom in the basement, and most recently, the installation of a new dishwasher from scratch. When I was researching online, I didn't find many individuals who could handle the electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks and still maintain a 5-star review. Leonard not only installed the dishwasher but also crafted a wine rack to complement the existing cabinetry that was installed alongside the dishwasher. I reached out to Leonard for two main reasons; firstly to address a blocked kitchen drain, and secondly to acquire a quote for several other tasks. Leonard quickly resolved the drain issue at a highly reasonable rate, and we then discussed potential kitchen renovations including new fixtures. This conversation eventually led to us not only upgrading the kitchen fixtures, but also installing a new sink in the bathroom. By the time everything was completed, I had a new bathroom sink, a new kitchen sink and dishwasher, and Leonard even managed to get my fridge's automatic ice maker, which had never previously worked, up and running. I had previously contacted several other plumbing companies, but their quoted prices were exorbitant and simply beyond my budget. Leonard, however, offered me very fair pricing that allowed me to finally get the work done, much to the delight of my wife. Leonard is always punctual and an overall genuinely nice man. The technicians, Zachary and Dale, arrived and carried out the installation. They both demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. We stumbled upon a great plumbing service when we needed assistance with a leaking pipe in our household. As new homeowners with a home requiring some love and care, we were navigating through the process and were quite worried about the potential cost of fixing the leak. However, they didn't just mend the pipe but also installed a shutoff valve, ensuring we got our money's worth from the minimum call-out charge. Since then, they have become our go-to for all home plumbing requirements! A couple of years down the line, we encountered an issue with our water pressure and didn't hesitate to reach out to them. They were quick to install a new water heater to resolve the problem. Then, this summer, we noticed our A/C wasn't cooling as efficiently as before. I rang up a plumbing service on a Sunday when I noticed a leak in my basement. In less than an hour, Leonard showed up. He was easy to communicate with and promptly identified the issue. He tried to fix the issue by tightening the bolt on the pressure reducing valve, but it didn't work. I was grateful that he tried to rectify the problem in this manner before suggesting to change the valve outright. Leonard then proceeded to swap the valve after explaining the process involved and how long the water would be shut off. He left the area tidy and I was very thankful for the swift repair.
