Update Feb 2024: Olmedo roofing replaced the panels on our roof that were turning a dark color. They did this out of their pocket as Dynamic Metals would not provide the metal. Very disappointed in Dynamic Metals but Olmedo Roofing came through - and I would recommend them.

I hired Olmedo Roofing to install a new metal roof on my home in 2022. Jorge (the owner) used Dynamic Metals for the metal on our roof. Less than a year after roof installation roughly 10-15 panels on our roof started to turn a darker shade. Dynamic came to the home and said nothing was wrong with the metal and it was a cosmetic issue and there was nothing they would do. When you spend $30-$40k on a new roof, the expectation is the 'shade' of the metal doesn't become un-even less than a year after installation.

I understand that metal fades over time and it won't look even for the life of the roof but for it to happen in less than 12 months is not acceptable. Cosmetic or not, it's not fair to the consumer when your new roof now looks like 'patchwork' in certain areas and Dynamic Metals won't do anything about it.
