I am updating this review. The owner contacted me and said they did do individual scans to files. I brought him two reels to do, 16mm and 8mm. They did a great job. I am updating my review from 3 to 5 stars and will use them again.
( old review) The customer service personal was so hurried. He was so busy trying to do everything. That I felt sorry for him. It's a chain they should have two people there.
They do not scan to individual tiff files, and they still make DVDs which are so archaic and low res. Average.

Our experience at DVD Your Memories was great. The employees were super helpful and friendly and answered all my questions easily. I had them convert my parents old VHS tapes (including their wedding video) to digital and they did a great job - there wasn't a dry eye in the room when I surprised my parents with the videos! I recommend bringing in your own flash drive when you drop off your tapes. Would definitely use this place again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought in so many tapes from my job for archival purposes. They had them done quicker than expected and even took the time to transfer the titles from the tapes to the files which is helpful beyond words. They were all so friendly and accommodating and made this process so easy.

They are exceptional! They are so fantastic that they deserve ten stars! They converted 728 odd format old slides for me. They really saved me and made Christmas special for me and my family by rushing the order to be done early. My family and I had not seen these images in 45 years so it was such an incredible gift. Matthew did an excellent job scanning and made each image look amazing! Paul and Lance were always so kind and helpful on the phone and in person. I have a photo scanning project that I will bring to them next. I highly recommend them!

I brought in over 2000 print pix of different sizes and asked them to convert them to digital files. They gave me a quote and date. Having never done this before I had no real way of knowing if the price was fair. After doing some research I found out it was. I gave them the order and it was done by the date quoted. The pix were on a thumb drive and I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
