Good evening Thomas, this is Simmy...Owner Operator of IQ 225 BBQ, LLC. I'm reaching out to you because you and your Team took my already highly positive impression and thoughts about your product and the Team you have representing your product....to new levels I didn't know existed anymore!!!

Your Team asked troubleshooting questions (without making me feel stupid or talking at me), and actually listened to my answers! Then without me asking them, 3 of your TM's looked at each other and collectively said "let's go take a look at it"! They also said they're bringing a backup one for us to use if they're not able to fix it on site.

As a small business owner, I can't tell you in words the huge amount of relief that came over me at that moment!!! I have NOT seen that level of Customer Service and Service since before the COVID Lockdown! My oldest son who works with me even said "Dad I thought we were the only ones who actually care about their Customers", I reminded him of how Chris came out the same day the old generator stopped working after one day, and how he tried to get it working before even telling me about your generator that's comparable to that POS that came with my mobile restaurant! Keep doing what you're doing brother, I promise you it makes a world of difference to your customers even if they don't tell you themselves....I'm telling you!!!👊🏾

The culture that you've created and built with your company has trickled down to every single team member you have, it's very clear to see they have all bought in to the level of service before and after the sale, So as I have told people before I will continue to tell anyone looking for a generator of any size calder or what, they will take care of you!!!!

WOW! Durawatt Generators are the experts when it comes to a powertech RV generator. After 2 years struggling with my powertech 17.5kw and countless calls and research, it was Chris at durawatt who figured everything out! Thank you team! Prevost, Newell, Fortravel owners, this is your place for generator parts or replacements! I Found Durawatt looking for a specific Prevost Motorcoach generator radiator. I emailed a couple questions in and Chris called me to verify what I was doing. Which is crazy now days!
