We had 2 trailer tires fail on a Sunday and were lucky to limp it into Dunsmuir. Called Tony at 8 am Monday. He had 7 tires available in our size. When I asked how long the service would take he replied “well the Monday morning circus has started, but we will get you on the road.” They were finished by 9:30.

We had to replace all of our tires at the beginning of our road trip. Staff super knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with the customer service we observed during the repair, treating each customer like a friend or family member. They even called us after we left to let us know they found a rebate for the tires we purchased. Can’t recommend them enough. So thankful for small town hospitality.

We had a tire pressure problem while on a road trip. When we called, they were extremely helpful and got us right in when we showed up 10 minutes later. Such a huge relief to get the problem fixed so quickly. We highly recommend this place!

Tony is the man! We had a bad blow out and we went to Dunsmuir tire thinking we would wait till they opened. We were pleased that he was already there. He had our tire fixed and back on our way before he even opened. This man is a class act he even loaned us a tire iron to take and bring back. I wish I could give him 10 stars. You don't see customer service like this anymore. THANK YOU TONY!!

This shop owner saved my life. On my to visit my daughter ( driving from CA to WA ) I accidentally put washer fluid in the antifreeze hole. The owner ( I apologize for forgetting his name) actually dropped everything to syfen what he could out of the antifreeze hole. I was extremely upset but the employees made me feel so at home, I am so impressed with the attention and caring of this place of business. Thank you for making my 18 hour ride possible. This shop went out of the way at closing time to assist w/ new tires on a cargo trailer. It had been sitting a little too long on the tires and was on its way to Oregon ‼️ Thank you Tony ?‼️
