On December 29, 2023, I placed an order totaling $449.50, but I have yet to receive the items I paid for. I have emailed the company several times to address the issue, but all of my attempts have been ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the organization’s practices. By taking money without fulfilling orders and refusing to respond to inquiries, the company is essentially stealing from its customers. Such behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. Immediate action is required to resolve this matter, as no customer should be subjected to this level of neglect and disregard.

The customer service is extremely poor. It takes more than a year to receive any products, and they do not return phone calls. As a member of a truck club, I will not be making any future purchases from this establishment. I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their business.
