DR Aluminum was hired to install a supergutter after I had a brand new roof and drip edge from Ian damage. Bout a week old when they installed. I've had them back a few times now; general manager today, and it seems that it is ok with them to mutilate my home with their instalers and not take responsibility to replace the damages ... apparently they used a crow bar .... I wonder If the owners would allow this at their home? I thought one of the owners was coming out but no. Note: there were no obstructions as i had all previous screws cut and or removed unscrewed. Extremely disappointed as I suppose they think "if you can't see it" it's ok. No off to replace what they damaged.

Added photos of water sitting my new gutters where it shouldn't be. Obviously not enough consideration to the slope needed run the water off. Now it all just sits in the corner wearing down the sealer. I will be dealing with the leak when it begins...

Gave them an estimate from my roofer on the cost to repair the damage they created and the response was that they didn't create "that much" and never heard from them again. And we're virtually neighbors....SMH

Matthew went above & beyond today. I needed 1 more extension piece, he measured, drove back to their shop, returned & installed within 2hrs. Nice guy & always great service from this company. Highly recommend.

I had Dr Aluminum install a 25 x 40 enclosure in 2022. Some of the pavers were sunken in and created a low area. After the rainy season this past year that area was moldy and unsightly. The pavers did clean up nicely and were sealed.
I had communication difficulties that I contribute to the timing after hurricane season and in particular hurricane Milton.
Ryan and I were able to connect and he found a solution to take my rating of 1 to a 5.
A paver crew was out this week and corrected this settling. Thank You Ryan for correcting this situation.

Awesome job of my replacement screens after Hurricanes Helene and Milton took me out. Steve and OC did a quick job of replacement and fixed things I didn’t know of or contract to be fixed. They did a great job at cleaning up the mess that was left of the old screens. Bonus that the owner made an on-site visit at the end of the day to make sure the job was done properly. I’ll definite call them after the next hurricane.

First off D R Aluminum was quick to measure, and gave an excellent quote. Kim was great. Then because of lead times we were originally told December for install of the screened in lanai. They got it done in early September and the guys that were working were top notch. Weren’t trying to cut corners on quality. I had a little issue come up and Geo got it taken care of right away. So here it is: Fast response on measuring, faster on delivery and install, top notch installers and managers, top notch office personnel and they respond to issues promptly. What else could you want? Thank you very much. Job well done.

WOW!! These folks did an INCREDIBLE job on turning half of our 6 car car port into a massive screened lanai..
The quality of the workmanship is fantastic and the job site was kept clean and organized. Out of 4 estimates I received, they were kind of in the middle, but I was impressed with the estimator, Justin. Ironically, the installer was also named Justin and was exceptional. I can not say enough good about DR Aluminum!

Justin Cockerham, Sales Rep, stopped by the house and explained what they could do for our screened front entry. He is very knowledgeable about the process, the materials, and the capabilities of his installers.

We had stacked stone that needed to be cut. We had talked with five other companies and none had experience doing this. DR Aluminum has and they did a great job cutting the stone and installing the screening.

The installer, another Justin, was careful and meticulous! Geo, the scheduler, after the doors and other materials were in, did a great job of getting our job scheduled and keeping us informed about arrival time!

We can't say enough about how happy we are with the quality of the materials and the skills of Justin the installer! Would definitely recommend to all of our friends and are planning on using DR Aluminum again for another project!
