We buy our stairs for boat displays from Dougherty and are very happy with them. Recently their customer service on a delayed shipment (delayed by the freight company, no fault of Dougherty) has endeared me to them. A shipment of stairs were delayed with the freight company and had not arrived in time for our show. An employee named April answered my call when our stairs had not arrived in time for our show move in. She handled my frustration well and went above and beyond to try and track down where the shipment was. With her help and amazing follow up we were able to track them down and got them in time for our show. It would have been very easy to not do much or push it to the back burner as the product was out the door and somewhat out of their control, but the customer service was above and beyond.
