My husband and I decided to redo our front living room and had a very long wall space that would be ideal for a long sectional. Unfortunately our area doesn't have many furniture stores and typically people order couches online now. We visited a local furniture store and found that our taste and comfort was very specific and couldn't imagine ordering something online that we had never sat on. I remembered Donna's from all the advertising they had done on TV and decided we should give them a try. I'm SO glad we did because it's literally a one stop shop for us! We got to sit on tons of couches and look at lots of different styles. My husband and I really like the modern minimalist look and found a couch that was like sitting on a cloud and the best part was we were able to customize it! We already have 2 accent chairs so we were trying to coordinate with those dark blue chairs. Lori made it so fun by helping us decide on fabric for the couch and for the pillows! She really knows what she is doing! We especially love that we were able to get a couch big enough to fit in the space with the perfect fabric and pillows! We LOVE it, thank you!!
After the couch was delivered we were sitting in the dark blue chairs across the room and noticed an inch long cut in the fabric on the middle section of the couch. I called Donna's and Scott came out and was able to fix it no problem and it looks better than new 🎉! Many thanks to the whole Donna's Interiors team, they are so kind and extremely knowledgeable! If you are looking for a new piece of furniture I highly recommend them!

Donna's helped my wife and I order our very first high-end custom sofa from Century. They were patient, helpful, and competitively priced compared to other furniture stores. When we were dealing with a miscommunication on furniture sizing, their team worked hard to find a solution that worked for all parties. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Donna’s Interiors has an extensive selection of any style you are looking for to furnish any room in your home. In addition to furnishings, you will find gorgeous lamps, pillows, and all types of decor to accessorize your surroundings. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with a most friendly staff to help with your selections if needed. This is the place to go for all your decorating needs. I have not found any stores in this area of this caliber.

In 2022 we bought a leather sofa, it has lost cushion in one section and leather has worn off. Not the quality they told us it was. Won’t buy from them again. Have to use a pillow to sit on.

I experienced great customer service from Caren and Lori at Donna's furniture in Arroyo Grande and would highly recommend them for your furniture, drapery and design needs. Caren was patient and knowledgeable in assisting me with many different aspects of the new home I built - from fabric, furniture, drapes, etc. I ordered nightstands from one of their furniture partners and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the high quality! I also ordered custom drapes. When they did not hang the way I thought they should, Lori had the installer come and take them down and make edits and did not charge me for any of the additional time. I had a very professional experience and would recommend them. They have a full team with a lot of experience and a huge network in the Central Coast.

Love this store. It has great variety, high quality pieces, many with a large variety of fabrics. Caren was exceptional with her assistance in helping me decide. We are from out of town and they worked with us to hold the items until they all arrived, helped load the truck and tie down the furniture. There was a bit of a problem with a cabinet closing and Scott was very helpful with suggestions to align the closers and level up the legs. The couch I bought from a national chain a couple of months before discovering Donna's is already sagging and showing wear.

Rude, disrespectful, and flat out unprofessional. Staff here was not nice and refused to give their name and help, put me on terminal hold. My order is late and they were unable to help with a timeline and manage expectations. Communication is important and they do not know how to communicate. I had to speak with Lori to get anything accomplished and she was very nice and helpful but at the same time didn’t really care. Standards are low and quality is poor. Do not shop here. One issue after another. You will regret.

We were very impressed by the customer service at Donna's. Their first concern was our comfort in their furniture allowing us to return product that wound up not working for us and finding something that did. They had great selection with great pricing. Also we were able to have our lift recliners delivered the next week.
