I chose to start weight loss medication after I had my daughter and was done breastfeeding. Some women lose weight from breastfeeding but I was not one of those women! Starting the weekly injections was easy and also doing the bioboost really helped with avoiding low energy levels. I steadily lost weight after the first 2-3 weeks but I should have also added strength training which I plan to do with the maintenance dosing. I experienced less snacking, over-eating, cravings, and also didn’t want to drink much if any alcohol. It was easy to communicate with my team online.
