I have been a Canadian Smart for Life user for years until the Canadian retailer closed without proper notice and I have tried to establish a relationship with the Florida address listed here.

I receive the emails asking me to order but get no response to repeated online inquiries regarding shipping (The site regularly informs me they do not ship to Canada but have my account particulars and allow me to order as if they do).

The phone number listed is out of service and an order link doesn't exist.
