Deana Mueller was phenomenal to work with. Her email responses were immediate and she was able to get our order out to us in less than 24 hours. She even took the time to call the manufacturer and was able to cover this product through a warranty replacement. Dock and Deck Supply provided the very best service compared to ANY company that I have ever delt with.....EVER! We just got back to Tennessee after a trip to the gulf coast. This is the second time we've stopped at dock and deck supply. I LOVE their products! We picked up more dock panels and a light. We are also switching out our wood dock steps with sure step product. Sure Step is so versatile. Deana is very helpful. We can return anything that doesn't work for us. I just wish they were closer. Great place, great service!

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERSTING!!
I placed an order for a fish cleaning table from dock & deck supply. I ordered the table for the price online of $590.00 (they charged my card), several days later they contacted me saying the prices had changed to $724. I asked them to honor the advertised price and they refused. They said I had to pay the $724. I claim that was false advertainment and got she got very angry I would NOT accept the new price, she hung up the phone! Then processed to cancelled the order and refunded me my money.

Response to Dock & Deck:
In America business honor advertised prices. Not use a false advertisement to lure customers in. $134 does not matter to me, it is the principle of using a false advertisement. A responsible company would remove the item they do not carry or honor the advertised price.
