This company only has one shift day shift. Hours are 7am-3:30 pm, two breaks one for 15 minutes and lunch half hour. They have a manager named Tony that walks around angry most of the time, looking like an army Sargent, he has a bad attitude, very strict and chooses to stay that way. At times he’s very disrespectful and he knows what he’s doing. If he’s made up his mind about you and dislikes you he will show you he doesn’t want you there. Mostly when no one is around. He will yell at you or “talk” to you in front of everyone instead of pulling you aside. He will argue with his team leads in front of everyone which is so unprofessional, his workers don’t like it at all. The owners really need to talk to him about that however, they may be aware of how he is and they don’t care. Just something’s to be aware of. I know he’s got a business to run however, there’s no need to be over the top it’s not the army lol. There is favoritism and if people in your department don’t want you there they will also show it. Some team leads will show it as well. Other than that you’re constantly learning new things, some departments are easy, some are advanced and high pace. Some people are very nice and helpful others are not and will show it. The bathrooms and lunchroom could be cleaner. Once you start to feel his wrath just do yourself the favor and leave, yeah he wins but you will dodge a bullet. He doesn’t deserve good workers and if the owners know and allow his behavior then shame on them. KARMA! Oh and none of this is to get back at anyone , this is an honest review based on my experience to help others and to let them be aware of what they will be dealing with. You will see once you work there, but I hope for your sake none of this will happen. Good Luck!

Great Company, they have a very knowledgeable staff that will help you when needed. Prices are more than fair and as someone who works for an Electrical Supply Distributor in the Orlando, FL area, they are my first to go to with Surge Protection. Weather it is Single Phase or Three Phase. Ditek, is my one stop shop, when it comes to surge protection.
