The apartment itself is very nice but the guest parking is a nightmare. There are about 30 open spots at all times so there is plenty of room to add more guest parking. I have had to have guests park across the street in public parking lots and walk because of this. Anytime during the weekend you will see about 5 cars circling the parking lot trying to find any guest parking so that they don’t get booted and ticketed. If you plan on having guests make sure they get a parking spot before 7 because they will all be full!

Can’t say enough about this place. My grandson lived there last year while a student at Troy. The apartments are beautiful with all the comforts of home. Our experience with the manager has been great. She was so helpful in helping us find his apartment and always helpful when we contacted the office. Any situation that came up was quickly handled. Highly recommend this place!

I been staying at the district for about a year now going on two. I never had any issues with my unit, anytime I do have issues they fix in within the next hour. I love everybody at the office, assistant manager Jeff, assistant manager madi, the leasing agent Taylor, and including maintenance. The district is definitely the best apartment there is in Troy.

Definitely one of the best apartments in Troy. Most places cost more and are not as near as nice as these. Also, the manager Courtney has helped me with many things and is constantly doing everything she can to make sure people are happy with their apartment.

Horrible horrible place to live. The manager Courtney is rude and disrespectful. You can hear everything going on around you. Way over priced for what you get. The best part is the elevator and pool. The “pet policy” is a joke. Visitor parking is a joke. It’s nasty to have just been built a few years ago. Would not recommend.

Currently renting here now and it’s HORRIBLE! They will burn the phone down for rent money, but can never fix anything that’s going wrong in the apartment! The prices are ridiculous and nobody in the complex pays the same as far as rent. The property manager is money hungry, the only person that shows a little bit of care or concern is the assistant manager. Jeff (the current property manager) told me that I can’t have roommates because I moved in on a “$999 special” but it’s two bedrooms. It’s to the point where I can’t even have my little sister come and stay a night without them thinking somebody else lives here and trying to charge me MORE for rent. It’s SAD! Parking is horrible and they can do better when it comes down to have more guest parking. -0/10 recommend.

Terrible! The manager Courtney is rude to everyone she talks to, even parents. Mantience does not get things done in a timely manner and it is completely unorganized. Our A/C has not been working for 24 hours and no one has come to fix it during the time they promised. Brand new apartments but have more issues than you can imagine.

The property manager Courtney is rude, disrespectful, not at all helpful, one of the worst people to run a business, she’s a liar, and very sneaky. Don’t let the nice hardwood floors fool you, these apartments are terribly built for example the walls are very thin, rooms are much smaller than the model. She said there is an officer that comes when there is a consistent problem which is a lie, she says cars being broken into and stolen, and TEANANT SAFETY IS NOT HER RESPONSIBILITY, overpriced apartments for no reason, and don’t even get me started on the “visitor parking” and the ridiculous we give who we want late fee on rent situation. And she refuses to tell ANYONE who the property manager aka her boss is. save yourself the trouble and do not spend your money here I can’t wait to move
