I love love love Discovery world furniture‘s charcoal bedroom collection. After my family of 6 Lost everything in hurricane Ian, I was on a mission to find furniture that combined storage, functionality, and visual appeal.

This set exceeded all of my expectations, and my kids love the amount of storage they have for clothes and toys.

Discovery world furniture is based out of Sanford Florida, if you’re local you can pick up direct. I ordered 4 twin bookcase headboard/6 storage drawer beds, two media centers, and two desk with hutch and matching chair. I would have ordered 4 matching dressers, but we literally had no more space. I’ll be ordering them in the future when we’re in a larger home.

When I arrived at the warehouse in Sanford, customer service was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I backed my truck into their loading dock, and the warehouse men loaded everything onto my truck. It couldn’t have been any easier. Everyone in the warehouse was in happy to help, and moral felt high.

When I got home, I open the box of the media center and the desk hutch. They were already put together! All I did was throw away the box! So simple!

I would order from here again in the future !

I purchased the sand collection for my master bedroom. The natural variations in the wood grain and stain are really beautiful and unique. It's a great neutral color and the black hardware went really well with my existing décor. Fast delivery also!

We had a great experience with Anthony from deciding what we wanted (twin over double bunk in charcoal) to placing the order to loading it in my car and the set up! My son loves it and it fits in his room perfectly.

Set up was pretty easy and I was able to do most of it myself with the help of my kids. There were a few pieces that didn’t fit as easily so needed the hubs with his power tools and a little more muscle to help. I did notice one defect that looked to have been repaired before being sold to us but it’s superficial and doesn’t affect the integrity of the furniture.

Overall I recommend this company and their products!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN AT HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGE.

Where do I start, my son needed a new bed
and we are trying to sell our house so we wanted something decent, not a 100 dollar bed off of Craigslist. So I found this 800 dollar bed on amazon and my son loved it. So bought the bed and waited 2.5 weeks for it to be delivered.

It was delivered and the box was in not perfect but good shape. I unpacked the bed and the the main side board and the bed slates were broken badly. The slats were broken so bade pieces were missing off the end. The funny thing is the missing pieces were not in the box, kinda suggests the item was broken before it was packed.

So I contact discovery furniture and they say they cant do anything for me and tell me to call amazon. Called amazon and as always received good customer service, they told me I would have to buy the replacement parts from discovery and amazon would reimburse me. So after haggling with discovery world furniture's customer service for several days I finally got them to ship me a replacement piece. You guessed it due to the incompetence of the packer/quality control, low quality wood? It arrived damaged and again the box was in good shape.

So I sent them another email (number 15 by now) and they stated they would get another one in the mail immediately (I mean they couldn't blame amazon this time). Greg assured me they would pack this one better to assure it arrived undamaged..........WRONG. It arrived today and was broken also, this box actually had some damage, but if they would pack with Styrofoam it shouldn't be a problem. So I think I can make one good side board out of the 3 I have now, because I am done dealing with this incompetent company

A couple of years ago I bought a bunk bed/desk unit for Millie. It is very well made and sturdy. Despite this, my 17 lb. cat landing on the pull out keyboard shelf, was too much for the glide brackets and they bent just enough to make pulling it out very difficult. That's when I contacted the company, Discovery World Furniture, to order a replacement bracket. I sent a picture of what I needed which was the piece that attached to the unit into which the piece that was attached to the shelf would glide. Before I received it, I took another look at the shelf and realized both pieces were bent. I was upset that I hadn't looked sooner and now I would have to order another part and wait for shipment. I decided to wait and see if I could make it work by trying to bend the shelf piece back in shape though it was very sturdy and I doubted I could fix it enough. The package came today and I almost cried when I opened it and this company had sent not just the part I ordered, but the piece that I was going to try to bend and both brackets for the other side that wasn't even bent. Who does this? Well apparently this family owned business that's been around for 30 years does. I wanted to post this for anyone who is looking for well made, unique furniture, particularly for children. Discovery World Furniture. Check it out. These people are awesome!

We purchased the Full trundle bed in Sand color. It was an easy pickup at the warehouse and a super easy assembly! I love the style and color and functionality of this bed! My Grands will enjoy it for sleepovers! I highly recommend this furniture company !

Love our Discovery World Furniture Bunk Beds (stair bed) in Ash! They are built so well and the color is gorgeous! The stairs are so sturdy that we won’t worry about our grandkids going up and down them! Also, the built in drawers are so convenient for storing their clothes. Thank you for such a beautiful, well built product!!!!
